My TomTom 550 GO won't see the N900 either. Absolutely no sign of it when I do a discovery. Very frustrating as I want to use it for handsfree (I don't need to do any tethering).

I think it is that the TomTom doesn't recognise the N900 as a phone and this is a problem with the N900, not TomTom.
