Forum Nokia has a nurtured relations (organized trainings & workshops for university professors and other personnel) with various universities around the globe. As a result multiple courses have been taught around Nokia technologies. Maemo has been included in these collaborations in the past and especially last year (when a number of Maemo & Qt related events were organized by Forum Nokia in different parts of the world).

Also note that there is a CS-course (on computational photography) starting at Stanford and N900s are used as the platform for implementation

Not exactly same as what you point to, I agree :-)

I'll check if my colleague has a more complete list of on-going (maemo related) courses in Universities and if there are recordings available for those.
