To switch to Other language, click on the copy and paste ( Three Lines) button and select it from the list. Then it will be come your default V.K.

Go to message or anything and bring up the VK.
Once you selected it it will become your default one. Unless you change it later. Thai won't be showing as "Thai" but will show as () instead. Just select it
