Well, and their lack of presence and support like you had mentioned earlier. I was hoping that Google's REAL innovation was the Nexus One's online store and how it might START to move things toward the more sane free-market with phones, but I think they missed their opportunity by not making it available for purchase in common walk-in stores like Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy, etc. Ultimately, I think Google might be repeating Nokia's dumb mistakes by not providing a place for people to look at the product, touch it, want to own it.. and to come back to when they need to return it for any reason. I'd almost argue it's worse because there's noplace to call for help with problems--but, really, whenever I'd called Nokia I experienced pretty much the same outcome. If that's typical of Nokia, then there really isn't any difference.
