After:
dpkg -i --force-confnew /var/cache/apt/archives/libicd-network-ipv4*

*reboot*

Ping google.com still returns (1.0.0.0)

But I can still browse via Web Browser.

Apps like update manager etc, terminal, weather etc, CAN'T access internet.
