I have winXP.

I noticed if the N900 is on then plug into the winXP, everything works fine.

However, if the N900 is off, plug it in, the winXP will do the dance and singing and will also ends up with error mess "There is a problem with installation of the new hardware...."

And upon terminating from the USB, same issue. The winXP would recommend click "now it is safe to unplug USB...", but if I do that, N900 turned into an 'irritating mode', unpredictable, since then, I just unplug the USB without clicking the "it is now safe to..." message.
