As GeneralAntilles has said, the community testers who had access to 2.2009.51-1 found it almost entirely positive, without any of the issues you're reporting. My battery lasts longer, media player is more responsive (and "Shuffle all songs" is the only audio feature I use, pretty much) and 0 unexpected reboots.

GeneralAntilles' hypothesis that because we all reflashed there might be problems with the MU for you deserves further investigation. Did you reflash or use Maemo Update (aka SSU) within Application Manager?

Could you try a reflash and see if that solves your problems?
