I get that.

I don't get how it can't be understood that will never exist a bug free software and even if the device is the same in everyone's hands, it doesn't mean the upgrade will be glitch-free for everyone.

Moreover, Nokia does allow downgrade.
It's only that this firmware upgrade includes something that can't be downgraded... it's pretty normal and happens with all the phones makers out there.

Simply put, people should open their eyes before opening their mouth.

And I would have written the same if this was a "Sony-Ericsson, Motorola, Apple and so on"'s phone forum.

And I am sure there are very similar comments over there as well...
