Well, suppose you got a call from your credit card company asking you to confirm if a transaction from an obscure company called "Nokia" to purchase something called an "N900" is legitimate... :-)

Or a call telling you there's a problem with the delivery address - the courier can't find your door.

Would you not answer? I guess not - you wouldn't recognise the number. But on hearing the voicemail, you might decide to call back!

Thing is, you might want to call back using VOIP to save those precious mobile minutes... And quickly, no "write it down on paper and type it in again" UI faff :-)
