Your line in lircd.conf says:

Does that file definitely exist?

In the Devices folder, i have BN59-00609A, Bn59-00634A, Bn59-00683A, BN59-00937A. And in the REMOTES folder i have BN59-00683Aa.conf and remotes.conf.
In this post you've said you can see "Bn59-00683A", but that's not the same as "BN59-00683Aa.conf"

The file referenced in /etc/lircd.conf file is the one that should contain the ir codes etc.

Just as a note, I've got three lines in my lircd.conf file and they work fine.
