ok, i went with the uk 1.2 version. It seemed to work.....

And fook me if the old girl doesn't remember all the applications you had installed and offers to go and fetch them for you again. Thats v. cool.

And now, it is updating to the latest firmware (2.2) over the air. Im soooooooo happy. Thanks for the pointers guys.
