Sudo is not necessary, I'll correct that.

Make sure your router doesn't somehow block the connection.
If nothing works add your phone's and your pc's ip to port forwarding in the router's menu and specify the open ports too!
On my router SSH is defined, I specified that my PC is unlocked for SSH (all WLAN's are as a default). It is still unable to resolve host. I am sure the password is correct, can I change it (to make sure?
Could Windows 7 be blocking it? Or anything else?

Going to try and uninstall and resinstall OpenSSH
