Well if you have other means of accessing the file system, you simply have to create a shortcut like this-name it however you want.desktop
-and put it in "/usr/share/applications/hildon/"

I have to admit the command line is becoming quite friendly and easy to use but a basic noob starter guide would help many people especially since there are plenty "lists" with hundreds of commands and arguments you can easily loose yourself into.
