You just seem like an apologetic fanboy, with posts like this, and in other threads. If people want to vent their frustration with their £500 device, not working as expected, they have every right to do so in this forum, without you neglecting their points.
I do contribute to the bug system, but I don't have the time (or the will to spend it if I did), to investigate the root cause of every bug I come across.
