My personal idea of what would be huge would be the amount of functionality it has, and how it has an impact on making my life that much easier. The N900 has a lot of hardware that could do amazing things and be very useful/helpful. (I think skype integration was a good idea....now it just needs to be fixed.)Its just there's not much to take advantage of it yet. I dont care what the device looks like...I want to know...what can it do for me. Ok I'm running in circles here...lol sorry about that.
Where do you get the idea that it barely works? The Ovi Maps with Turn by Turn that I use on my E75 is superb and better than Tom Tom and Garmin versions that I've used before. I hear that this latest version is better still.
Don't base it on what currently exists on the N900 because it's not a finished product on Maemo yet. And yes that part frustrates me too!
