Why do one want to turn on 3g "all the time"? Maps are preloaded. Gps does NOT need 3g. To search for "pho" (He said he wants some pho ) takes 15 second the most, or for people dont have 3g, I would find it with wifi bookmark it before leaving the house. I am curious what do you need 3 g "all the time"
