Does anyone else have this problem?

When I put an event to say 11pm today and have it go until 1am tomorrow it will appear on both days, which is fine, but the event today, will appear at the top of the list in agenda mode (aka the first item for the day).

I am going to create a bug, but just wanted to know if anyone else has this problem.
