Use any router that supports DD-wrt here is an excerpt from the help page on my router.

Wake-On-LAN:
This page allows you to Wake Up hosts on your local network (i.e. locally connected to your router). You can manually wake up hosts by clicking the Wake Up or you can program an automatic schedule wake up thanks to the WOL daemon.
You would log on to the router from the internet using Https and a strong password. and use the dd-wrt gui to wake the specific box.....
