If you need to specify the ones that you need, go with these:

That should cover it maemo5* seems to take even the devel packages are not for the device.

And as someone mentioned, Qt 4.6 is in the extras-devel and my app is not even there, so have adventurous mind and don't come complaining that I have bricked your device Hope this helps.
