I use a mouse normally on my computer, but when I make myself stick with it for a few days I find a Wacom tablet is actually faster and more efficient than the mouse since you do not even need to scroll to get to your desired point on the screen. Just takes more effort and I usually have it put up to save desk space unless I am photoshoping.
