I simply changed the names of my phone types, gizmo (n810) and Home Giz. (Home ATA) Now my nokia rings

Weird. The priority of the list is:

747 area code number
"gizmo" in the phone name
"computer" in the phone name
"sip" in the phone name
Anything else
