I agree completely and hope I did not come off as saying that I appreciated such tactics. The only variable here is intent. Whether the attacking was intentionally crude.

This is entire centric discussion of the last few pages. The question Texrat has is how are we supposed to "gently push" people in that direction.

And I'm entirely with Texrat on that other thread... I do simply write off the entire section of "newbies" that come here talking like "WTFBBQ!111!eleventy! d1s ifone rul3z yo! N900 succs!".

We just don't have the patience or time to fix the many problems wrong there... however you, and most newbies like you, do not fall under this category. You can speak. Thus, you should not allow our attitude towards that make you feel unwanted or negative.
