I don't have PR1.1 yet, but in the 2009.44 firmware this was set to '0', meaning "respond to pings".
If you see a value of '1' it means that ping responses have been intentionally disabled.
Thanks for the information... unfortunately, mine is still set to 0. Any other ideas?
