Isn't it the content provider / developer who chooses the devices on which the app/item/whatever shows up?
I mean, Ovi is a mess yes, but it's the developer who makes the mistake in the first place by choosing N900 as a compatible device.
Of course Nokia could start doing what Apple does and check
everything
, but personally I would kind of hate it.
