lxde doesn't change anything wrt flash availability

Adobe doesn't seem to distribute the flash plugin separately, only bundled with manufacturer's OS. Something like Tear that is able to use the flash plugin would probably be able to use it if you for example ran lxde on a Nokia Maemo device in Mer, and copied the flash plugin from Maemo first.
