I'm guessing, as it's already 2+ months late, that there are serious design or manufacturing issues which Nokia don't want to admit to. I'd respect Nokia if they just came out and said "really sorry, we messed up the design and we've discovered it fell off snapping the battery cover clip if you pulled it real hard" but this silence from Nokia is really p1ssing me off.
