don't know how reliable this one is but i read it few minutes ago:

Sind derzeit zehn Nokia-Modelle in der Lage, das kostenlose Ovi-Maps-Angebot zu nutzen, sollen ab März alle GPS-fähigen Nokia-Smartphones mit dem Programm und länderspezifischen Karten ausgeliefert werden.
short in english: it says that there are only ten nokia models which are able to use the free ovi maps offer at the moment but from march on ALL phones with gps will be delivered with pre-installed local maps.
