I dry-clean it with a damn good microfibre cloth... It takes time, but it ends up looking as good as new... for the next 5 minutes

Just make sure you don't press too hard, not that you'll break the screen (you'd have to press really hard for that), but if some sand particle is on the screen you might scratch it while cleaning... First couple of swipes should be feather-light...
