The main difference is in the language packs.
Just my thought, could be they're exporting devices from USA, France, Russia into Asia with their language packs? Hence the swap USA, France etc.

S W A P is a product code for a exchange unit for Nokia service center. That means if your phone is under warranty and can`t be repaired at nokia service you will get a swap unit.
It is phone usualy without the keyboard and battery and has swap software containg only english lang. and one theme. Then it is flashed for your region with optional lang. themes, sounds... And put keyboard for your region if you have special letters. And ther is your replacment phone (SWAP)
