I'd probably buy the iPhone based on apple UI, polish and the ability to merge my phone with my n800 browsing/mail/chat/pda/light application work.

Except that it's locked to AT&T.
AT&T can DIAF.

By the time the iPhone is available under a decent US carrier I'll probably be looking at the hypothetical n900 anyway.
