I had the same problem with my AEBS when connected to my N95 while trying to download a large Podcast. I reset the N95 and this seemed to clear up the problem. No more rebootings.

Apple just release a new firmware upgrade last night. Maybe this will solve the rebooting and connection issues that some are having.
