Join the rest of the world - most of the call centres nowadays are run in India. Funnily enough the rest of the word manages to deal with the world outside their own borders. I agree it doesn't help the matter with language barriers but then I have the same issue with some other nations languages too - it's called international and most people work towards a common understanding.
