No, it doesn't. Youtube uses H.264 as HTML5 encoder while the Mozilla engine decodes Ogg/Theora.

EDIT: Or, well, it does support HTML5 but not Youtube's implementation of it.
EDIT#2: And MicroB, the built-in browser, uses the Mozilla engine.
