I have already followed the steps in that link but it does not address the call vibrate and my screen vibrate does not become stronger or improve at all with any of those adjustments to the mce file.

That is why I am asking my questions. Is there another way to improve call vibrate?

What creates the vibrate? If it's the battery then maybe I can get a spare and see if anything changes.
