WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS3/Xbox360 emulation in NOT possible on nowadays PCs (even the TOP TOP TOP specs pc)

Heck....even PS2 emulator (PCSX2) is not 100% fully playable (for that you need a very powerful PC - require C2D-@3GHz to get nice fps)

Just so you know...it has been proved that if you want to EMULATE a console (not port a game duuuuh)

You need at least a PC 10xtimes as powerful as the console itself
For example PS2 runs @300MHz --> Thats why a minimun 3000MHz cpu is needed....(Google it if you dont believe me!!!)

Xbox360: triple-core IBM @3.2GHz designed Xenon as its CPU, with each core capable of simultaneously processing two threads, and can therefore operate on up to six threads at once.

PS3: IBM-designed Cell microprocessor as its CPU, which is made up of one 3.2 GHz PowerPC-based "Power Processing Element" (PPE) and eight Synergistic Processing Elements (SPEs). The eighth SPE is disabled to improve chip yields. Only six of the seven SPEs are accessible to developers as the seventh SPE is reserved by the console's operating system.

NOT TO MENTION THE GPUs!!!

You do the calculation and tell me if its possible to emulate any of these beasts with nowadays PCs

Not to forget a good/well-programmed emulator

Anyway....
