Ok, I shut down the phone instead of just rebooting and now the call vibrate is ok. (still rather weak but it seems like it's made like that.)

The haptic feedback or vibrate from the screen is still very weak and it still makes a slight sound when touching the screen. I really have to feel very carefully to notice the touch feedback. Surely that is not the way it should be?
