Yes there response is futher back in this thread. They are my source.

There first comment was it is not covered by warranty

After some arguments. If a nokia qualified engineer says it is not physically damaged we will replace it for you but other wise no.

the final email states if you send it in we will give it to a Nokia qualified engineer if he says it is not physically damaged we will replace it


As for what that means I do not know. What is physical damage. It is not the damage that matters it is the cause.

So I am basically stuck with the Nokia paid engineer has to tell me it is a Nokia design fault.
