Time to bust out my hacker boots.

I will write a shell script for the N800 PAN that will

• Locate the phone's Device ID
• Locate the phone's MAC
• Build a shell script to start PAN
• Build a shortcut to start the connection

I have heard several methods to do this from a dummy network connection to a terminal launched script. If people already have this working, could you please share:

• How you got it to work
• What your prerequisites were
• How do you launch the connection

That'd help me a lot.
