I would argue that it is Nokia's responsibility to create such a wiki for their users (for example, if they wanted their customers to be happy with their choice in purchasing this device). Granted both you and I (and a large number of forum users) have no problem finding information on these forums, your average user is NOT going to have the time/patience to spend time sifting through 10-page threads in order to figure out how to use a device they paid big bucks for.
