from my recollection he replied to the guy from osm2go (sorry don't remember his name), who brought up that elenas speech gave him concern to believe that harmattan may be incompatible with gplv3. peter's reply went something along the lines of "...then we will not use gplv3". but i have a fuzzy memory too.
