They know a stress test is not needed because an specialist on this matter could conclude simply as "design flaw". In fact anyone, if look at it carefuly could conclude the same.
Okey. they did not note it. But now is a "current" issue for some and a potential problem for many... Where is the smart move for them so far?
They need say officialy "Warranty will be applied for all users with female usb boken issue". But are they affraid? too much money to handle it? we could report this to any regulatory entity related to them or maybe they want us to hire our personal lawer to sue them?
Why the delay of a formal solution!! I feel not important to them as customer, money prevails...
I knew, when ordered, this was a non-fully finished device if we talk about software and OS updates, but come on, never thought it could break in that easy and silly way.
