Today it only wants to update when connected via wifi. I tested it by setting it to 10 minute intervals and started with 2G. 15 minutes later it hadn't refreshed. Switched to 3G. Same thing. Switched to wifi and checked the last refresh time and it had actually changed 10 minutes later unlike 2G and 3G.
