Underworld, I'm not going to get caught up in agreeing or disagreeing, think thats already been more than covered. Just wanted to say that you are correct, here in the UK we do have certain rights - the ones you are talking about were brought in to protect consumers in their own home against bullyboy tactics on the part of salespeople. They were not brought in for people to test purchases at home on a whim, and then return.
