Certainly.. but you're talking insane amounts of work on thousands of packages depending on the current state of the fedora/mandriva arm repos. I haven't looked at them in a long while but they were very sad when I did. The point to easy debian was to add functionality to the devices because of the boatloads of already armized software. That benefit didn't exist with an easy fedora.
