I'm noticing higher battery drain rate as well, following the update. I was able to go 24+ hours with "my normal usage". Now, after update, and browsing for 15-20 minutes, following last night's full charge, the (stock) battery meter dropped to "7/8 charge". I could typically browse for 45-60 minutes before first change in battery meter....still using WiFi at 10mW.
