As the name implies, full install is harboring ALL modules and bindings. The Demo contains just a subset, the more commonly used modules. The two are indepently installable (order does not matter either if you want to install both). If you want all modules, do a full install. If you just want those that have a demo, go for the demo I was hoping the package description made this clear but apparently it needs a bit more refinement.
