Are you sure the EAP method is MSCHAP? I though I had the same setup at my uni, but I decided to try other methods (EAP GTC) and it worked.

Prior to this, I had the connection created manually like advised in the previous posts, but it didn't work. So I deleted it and I connected directly to the network, as if it was the first time I was trying to access it. It worked with TTLS + EAP GTG this time.
