Ah yes. I find comfort that these are tested thoroughly for people like who do drop and throw them in the air randomly. I have never had a nokia that has malfunctioned through a physical injury. Usually the buttons would wear out or the battery would end it's life. My N70 still works good as new.

As for scratches on the screen - horrendous to look at. If it happens il step on the whole thing to end its misery (..and claim my insurance )
