thread under games it appears that the developer is a "one-man" show, so I feel he should be given the benefit of doubt for not knowing the difference between "commercial" and "non-free".
Obviously, if true, sending "testers" to paypal is deceptive but can be excused with an apology for over zealousness but the real issue is did he commit fraud by voting his game up himself or through proxies.
