I assume if they do have some kind of regional variant difference for the UK then that is why the update isn't put on the global thinggy (you can tell i'm technical!! - I'm trying to learn though!) as if they put the UK one on there then everyone will see a new update and will get the UK one instead of Worldwide or something.
The issue though isn't purely UK which is odd. Apparently some people in the UK HAVE had the update but also, some users in Finland using the global update haven't got theirs either.
